BOOKING RULES

  • A $10 deposit is required in order to book any service. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE

  • No extra guests unless being serviced.

  • This is a no-kid zone.

  • Please arrive to your appointment on time.

  • There is a 10 min grace period. If there is no communication during that grace period, your appointment will be cancelled. 

  • A consent form must be completed before any service.

  • Please wear a mask to your appointment, no exceptions.

  • Please come with a clean, oil free face.

  • You will receive a reminder text as well as the location within 24 hours of your appointment being made.

  • Please avoid phone calls while being serviced.

  • Please use the restroom before your service.

  • Relax and enjoy the FREE nap!

PRIVACY POLICY

To ensure your shopping experience is safe and secure, our site is configured to use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to process your payment.

In more simple terms, we will never sale your information. Your contact and purchase information is stored safely and securely. 

SHIPPING & PICK UP POLICY

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders require 3-5 business days for delivery after it ships depending on its destination. Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order ships.

Local pick up is available for free, by choosing "Local Pick Up' at check out. Please allow 3-4 business days for processing order pick ups. You will receive a pick up email confirmation when your order is ready for pick up.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGES

All orders must be cancelled before order has shipped. Please send an email with the words “Cancellation” or “Urgent” in the subject line. Once an order has been processed meaning submitted to the warehouse and packaged for shipping you may not cancel.

No refunds or exchanges.
